Must Have
Bachelors degree, 4+ years of in-house experience, Hands-on experience with Procurement, Master Services Agreements, NDAs, SaaS, technology, and/or IP licensing commercial agreements, Experience with contracts management systems and related systems (such as or similar to Ironclad, Zip and Docusign), Exceptional project management skills, Ability to think creatively, function independently and work proactively in a fast-paced environment, Team-focused and collaborative work willingness to build expertise and solve new challenges in an evolving practice, Hyper-responsive and service-oriented attitude, and a love for solving hard problems with a small tight-knit team
