What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of in-house experience, Hands-on experience with Procurement, Master Services Agreements, NDAs, SaaS, technology, and/or IP licensing commercial agreements, Experience with contracts management systems and related systems (such as or similar to Ironclad, Zip and Docusign), Exceptional project management skills, Ability to think creatively, function independently and work proactively in a fast-paced environment, Team-focused and collaborative work willingness to build expertise and solve new challenges in an evolving practice, Hyper-responsive and service-oriented attitude, and a love for solving hard problems with a small tight-knit team

Master Service Agreements
Marketing and Sponsorship Agreements
and other Procurement Agreements
Develop and maintain contract templates and playbooks
refine approval workflows and intake processes
leverage Harvey to continuously improve and scale the legal team's contracting operations
Flag non-standard terms and issues affecting product
and regulatory compliance
escalate to legal counsel as needed
negotiate Data Processing Agreements
ensure contracts comply with internal policies
Provide training and develop resources in support of our go-to-market and other cross-functional teams
