HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for an experienced **Contracts Manager** to oversee and manage all contract-related activities for our projects. The Contracts Manager will ensure the compliance of contract terms, negotiate contract amendments, and mitigate contractual risks to support successful project delivery. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts for construction projects. * Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies. * Review and interpret contract documents to identify risks and responsibilities. * Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual issues and disputes. * Monitor contract performance, deadlines, claims, and variations. * Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices. * Provide guidance and training to project teams on contractual matters. * Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts. * Support the procurement process by providing input regarding contract terms and conditions. * Collaborate with legal and finance departments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.). * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Proficient with contract management software and MS Office. * Ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure.
