5+ years’ experience in a community-based service non-profit organization with $10+ million in government contracts or $20+ million operations, Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Government Audit Standards (GAS), Experience with fund accounting systems, software, and applications, Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet (Excel), Salesforce, graphs and tables and mathematical accuracy, Ability to handle highly sensitive information with high level of ethics, and integrity, Ability to effectively prioritize and handle multiple tasks meeting deadlines, Demonstrates thoroughness and success with detail work, Results-focused: maintains productivity with minimal direction and supervision, Ability to translate accounting and fiscal control concepts to all levels in the organization – including non-finance employees

What You'll Do.

Prepare and submit accurate and timely billing due 15th of the month to Federal
