What They're Looking For.
Must Have
12+ years commercial/contracts/procurement leadership, Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commerce, Law, Engineering, or equivalent experience, Reside in South Australia
Nice to Have
Experience working within an Owner’s Team or integrated Owner/EPCM delivery model, Exposure to copper or base-metals projects, Familiarity with project controls integration, Familiarity with contract intelligence systems, Professional certifications (e.g. RICS, MCIPS, contract law/principles training)
What You'll Do.
Develop and maintain Project Commercial Strategy
Establish and enforce commercial governance and procedures
Lead and oversee tendering
negotiation and award of
Provide commercial leadership to package teams
Own the project’s commercial change control framework
Partner with Project Controls and Finance
and manage commercial risks and opportunities
Act as primary commercial interface
Ensure commercial records are audit-ready
