Must Have
1-2 years of work experience, English written and oral communication skills, Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel to intermediate level, Proven ability to work well under pressure, Managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines, Ability to manage relationships and communicate with senior managers and directors
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree finance, business management or a life science field, Salesforce experience is desirable
What You'll Do.
Work closely with Project Manager and Operations to
Draft initial contracts and/or change order
Act as primary client contact on small to
Administer contracts and change orders ensuring compliance with
Ensure all contractual documents and budgets undergo quality
Liaise with Project Managers
Finance and Analyst to
Initiate and/or review proposed contract modifications
Negotiate or refer contract modifications to other internal
Provide regular updates on the current status of
Track contract renewal periods
Prepare budgets for future years of the contracts
Update the sales tracking database
Ensure all fully executed contracts are distributed to
Upload all contracts and corresponding budget files to

Initiate and/or review proposed contract modifications and negotiate or refer to other internal departments for review as appropriate * Provide regular updates on the current status of contract negotiations * Track contract renewal periods and proactively * Prepa
