### **Contracts Administrator (Legal Operations, CLM & Contract Lifecycle Management)** **Position Type:** Full-Time, Remote **Working Hours:** U.S. Business Hours ### **About the Role** We’re hiring a detail-oriented and process-driven Contracts Administrator to manage the complete contract lifecycle — from intake and drafting through execution, renewals, compliance tracking, and reporting. This role is critical to ensuring agreements move quickly, accurately, and compliantly across Legal, Procurement, Finance, Sales, Security, and Executive teams. You’ll own: * Contract workflows * Redlining & approvals * CLM/repository management * Renewals & obligations tracking * Compliance documentation * Reporting & audit readiness This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in structured, high-volume environments and enjoys building scalable systems, workflows, and operational discipline. ### **What You’ll Own** ### **Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)** Manage contracts from: * Intake * Drafting * Review * Approval * Execution * Storage * Renewals * Reporting Ensure contracts are: * Accurate * Compliant * Fully executed * Searchable * Audit-ready ### **Contract Drafting, Review & Redlining** Draft and manage: * NDAs * DPAs * SOWs * MSAs * Vendor Agreements * Order Forms * Partner/Reseller Agreements Redline agreements using: * Microsoft Word Track Changes Escalate non-standard legal risks involving: * Indemnification * Limitation of liability * IP ownership * Data privacy/security * Termination clauses * SLA deviations Maintain detailed: * Deviations logs * Approval records * Contract history ### **Approvals & Governance** Coordinate approvals across: * Legal * Finance * Procurement * Security * InfoSec * Executives Ensure: * Commercial terms align with pricing * Vendor onboarding documentation is complete * Compliance requirements are satisfied Verify supporting documents such as: * W-9s * Insurance certificates (COIs) * Banking forms * Compliance attestations ### **Exe
