We’re looking for a HR Project Manager, People Programs - Contractor to bring structure, momentum, and operational rigor to key People initiatives across promotions, performance and merit, and employee survey execution. This role is focused on helping high-impact, cyclical work run smoothly. You will turn priorities into clear plans, keep stakeholders aligned, track progress against deadlines, and help ensure details do not fall through the cracks. This is a strong fit for someone who is highly organized, calm in ambiguity, and energized by building order in a fast-moving environment. You should be comfortable coordinating across teams, surfacing risks early, and helping leaders move from ideas to execution. This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; or Toronto, ON. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.
