Five (5) years of professional business or public administrative experience in a medical, hospital or administrative office environment using electronic office equipment and professional software.

What You'll Do.

Supervises approximately 12 support staff across Henry

and Trimble County Health Departments responsible for maintaining the Patient Services Reporting System (PSRS).

Provides comprehensive staff management

and performance evaluation in alignment with agency standards.

Interprets and communicates agency policies and procedures.

Collaborates with Executive Staff and the Director of Nursing to manage clinic flow

monitor staffing trends

and lead quality assurance and improvement initiatives.

Stays current on PSRS

and records management updates and disseminates information to staff through meetings and written communications.

Performs patient service functions within electronic systems

and WIC benefit issuance.

Serves as a key resource for insurance-related functions

including verifying coverage

coordinating benefits

and ensuring proper claim submission in accordance with payer requirements

Maintains accountability for accurate coding and documentation to support clean claims and minimize denials.

Proactively monitors and manages the full revenue cycle

including claims processing

and reimbursement follow-up.

Address complex billing issues and work directly with staff
