Hiring Forward Deployed Engineers, In-house tech recruiting agency background not a fit, Bay Area based, Available to start within 1-2 weeks
Nice to Have
Recruiting focus in US (Bay Area) and/or European multi-market experience a plus
What You'll Do.
Own sourcing and recruiting for FDE build-out
Pipeline FDE candidates
Screen for technical depth
Screen for customer-facing orientation
Manage candidate experience
Partner with hiring team on calibration
Partner with hiring team on process
