Recruiting focus in US (Bay Area) and/or European multi-market experience
What You'll Do.
Own sourcing and recruiting for FDE build-out
Pipeline FDE candidates
Screen for technical depth
Screen for customer-facing orientation
Manage candidate experience
Partner with hiring team on calibration
Partner with hiring team on process
