Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract/Subcontract Administrator to support the full lifecycle of prime contracts and subcontracts in a government contracting environment. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance, managing contractual documentation, and supporting both internal stakeholders and external partners. The position will play a key role in subcontract administration, including preparation, negotiation support, execution, and ongoing management. The ideal candidate is highly organized, knowledgeable in FAR/DFARS requirements, and comfortable working cross-functionally with program, finance, and business development teams. Key Responsibilities Contract escalate issues as needed. Ensure flow-down of applicable prime contract requirements to subcontracts. Support audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA) and internal compliance reviews. Assist with development and maintenance of contract policies and procedures. Cross-Functional Support (As Needed) Partner with pricing and finance teams to support proposal and subcontract pricing inputs. Support business development efforts with contract-related documentation (e.g., teaming agreements, NDAs). Contribute to contract closeout activities, including final deliverables and de-obligation tracking. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Contracts Management, or related field. 4–8+ years of experience in government contracts and/or subcontract administration.
