This position is located at 1117 Trinity St, Austin, Texas in the Grant Administration department. You must be a Texas resident to work for the Texas Workforce Commission or willing to relocate to Texas. As the assigned lead of an RFA project, you will develop, maintain, and monitor the RFA throughout its lifecycle. This role requires you to be detail-oriented, able to communicate effectively, work independently, and work closely with cross-functional teams. You must have a secure, dedicated workspace with Internet service by the first day of employment, ability to maintain a reliable consistent work schedule, be available for meetings and group collaboration via Microsoft Teams and other applications during regular business hours. WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Contract Specialist IV performs advanced (senior-level) contract management work. Works under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO: -Gather information, analyze, and edit technical documents relating to RFA documents. -Develop project management schedules related to RFAs. -Facilitates evaluation team and other RFA related meetings. -Analyze
