We are so glad you are interested in joining Sutter Health! **Organization:** MPHS-Mills-Peninsula Medical Center **Position Overview:** Has oversight responsibility for the operational procedures associated with all legal arrangements between physicians and the affiliate. Responsibilities include the organization and maintenance of a repository and database for physician agreements, and communication with payroll and accounts payable regarding payments. May at times serve as a consultant to educate and assist physicians and affiliate management in addressing physician contract issues and ensuring that contract requirements are met. Provides oversight for the management of the non-physician contract database. **Job Description** : **EDUCATION:** _Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma._ Bachelor's in business administration, Healthcare Management, or related **TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:** 2 years of recent experience. **SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:** Demonstrates the ability to identify and resolve problems and develop effective working relationships with physicians, supervisors, administration, and legal counsel. Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex health care setting. Written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to diplomatically research sensitive facts and detailed procedures. ability to communicate clearly and professionally to all levels of employees and corporate executives. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance numerous priorities without supervision. Demonstrated knowledge of PC hardware/software, including MSN Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), fax, and copier. Outstanding problem-solving skills, including financial, business, and contract analysis. Ability to complete multiple complex projects within established time parameters. **Job Shift:** Days **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift Hours:** 8 **Days of the Week:** Monday - Friday **Weekend Requirements:** None
