What You'll Do.
Provide Quote-to-Cash support
Provide guidance to Account Executives
Provide guidance to Renewal Managers
Help execute Sales transactions
Help execute Renewal transactions
Establish relationships with Sales
Establish relationships with Renewals
Establish relationships with Customer Support Managers
Establish relationships with Collections
Establish relationships with Adjustments
Establish relationships with Compensation
Establish relationships with Rev Rec
Establish relationships with Legal
Answer process questions
Answer policy questions
Communicate requirements to AEs
Assist Sales Team in quoting
Partner with Pricing teams
Partner with Revenue Recognition teams
Partner with Collections teams
Partner with Legal teams
Advise on deal execution
Advise on negotiations
Advise on customer satisfaction issues
Assist AEs in addressing customer satisfaction inquiries
Assist AEs with contract inquiries
Assist AEs with invoice inquiries
Assist AEs with product issues inquiries
Perform account research
Work with Sales on billing issues
Work with Collections on billing issues
Assist with deconstruction of billing issues
Assist with resolution of billing issues
Assist with onboarding new team members
Apply knowledge to make decisions
Apply skills to make decisions
Apply judgment to make decisions
Actively participate in new process development
Actively participate in process improvement projects
Work independently on assignments
Work independently on escalations
Resolve issues requiring seasoned judgment
