What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in business administration or a related field, 7+ years of related work experience in contract administration and compliance, Knowledge of contract laws, financing, regulations and procedures applicable to the acquisition and administration of government contracts as they relate to governmental agencies, Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access and Outlook, User familiarity with MRP applications, Security clearance eligibility required

Nice to Have

Experience in DoD contract management, Working knowledge of the FAR/DFARS, Knowledge of the DoD acquisition process, Specialized Contract Administration training or certification, Familiarity with shooting sports, hunting, military/Law enforcement and/or firearms

What You'll Do.

Coordinate key contracting processes for US & International Military

and Government business

and manage contract documents

Prepare solicitation documents

Manage bidding and evaluation process

Negotiate contract terms

Review scopes of work and deliverables

Forecast and analyze contract activity

Coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery

Identify and resolve contract performance issues

Investigate and resolve compliance problems

Support development of corrective action plans

Maintain organized and complete contract files

Oversee contract audits

Update procedures to prevent future issues

Develop and manage program budget

Manage related operating procedures

Work with OEM partners on bids and tenders

Stay current on government procurement trends and regulations

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate closely with international/military sales, production, engineering, and finance teams throughout the contract lifecycle
