Must Have
1+ years of analytics and/or operations experience, Experience working with a queue of requests with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and accuracy targets against Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Nice to Have
Experience in Salesforce, Experience in contracting and legal compliance review, Experience with project management, Experience in data analysis and reporting, Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
