+5 years of experience in Technical recruitment, You're immediately available, Fluent in English

What You'll Do.
Drives full-cycle recruiting for the Engineering & Data Team
and close a candidate pipeline for all open positions related to gaming roles or new apps launches
Partners with hiring managers on role development
and closing strategy by role/team
Prepares for and conducts intake meetings
Dynamically sources passive talent through sourcing tools and other creative methods
Ensures top-notch candidates experience consistent communication and positive employer brand throughout the cycle
Continually partners with recruiting colleagues and hiring managers to improve recruiting processes and metrics
