Position Overview The Contract Senior Recruiter, Life Sciences will support Immunome’s growing Clinical/Development and Commercial organizations by leading full-cycle recruitment for a broad range of roles across the organization. This position will partner closely with a variety of teams to attract, assess, and hire high-quality talent in a competitive oncology biotech environment. Solid demonstrated candidate sourcing experience is required. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented recruiter with experience supporting clinical-stage life sciences organizations and managing multiple complex requisitions simultaneously. Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of clinical and development-focused roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination. Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand evolving business needs, role requirements, and hiring priorities. Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates with experience in oncology drug development and clinical research environments.
