As a 1099 Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in recruiting frontline community health professionals who directly impact communities across the United States. You will be supported a growing talent acquisition team and collaborate closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process. ### About the role We are looking for an experienced, field-savvy Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proven track record of recruiting state-certified Community Health Workers. This is not a generalist role. You are an expert in the CHW talent ecosystem — the certifying bodies, the training programs, the community organizations where qualified candidates are found. You will be expected to close 20–30 CHW roles per month by leveraging your existing relationships with state certification boards, Area Health Education Centers, CHW training programs, and community-based organizations. You will work closely with hiring managers across markets and bring a level of CHW market expertise that shortens time-to-fill and improves quality of hire. ### **Key Requirements include:** **CHW Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy** * Own sourcing and pipeline development for CHW roles across PA, NJ, TN, TX, CA, and SC — leveraging established relationships with certifying bodies, training programs, and community networks * Bring or build and maintain active partnerships with state-level CHW resources including PA AHEC, the NJ DOH Colette Lamothe-Galette CHW Institute, NCHWTC at Texas A&M, Calbright College
