6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, at least 3 years in a startup environment, Proven success in high-volume hiring, process orientation with exceptional attention to detail, Excellent data skills—comfortable using metrics to drive decision-making and track progress, communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-service mindset, Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Partner closely with other recruiters, HR, and IT teams to ensure smooth, fast, and effective hiring processes; Collaborate with fellow recruiters, People team, and IT to ensure alignment and seamless onboarding; Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, build candidate profiles, and set interview strategies
