Contract | Brazil (Remote) About the Role Pie Insurance is seeking a contract Salesforce System Administrator based in Brazil to join our agile Business Systems team. This individual will be a key technical contributor working within our Salesforce ecosystem, helping design, build, and maintain functionality that supports both pre-sales and post-sales operations — spanning marketing and campaign management through business development and policy writing to customer service, claims, and underwriting support. This is not a passive ticket-filling role. We need someone who can translate ambiguous business needs into well-structured system configurations — operating intelligently, thinking critically about how changes ripple across our platform, and communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are the translator between what the business is asking for and how it gets built. Salesforce is the core platform, and deep expertise there is non-negotiable. Familiarity with adjacent systems (such as financial or billing platforms) is a plus, but we expect Salesforce knowledge to be your foundation — you will have the opportunity to learn the rest of our ecosystem over time.
