This position may be a member of a team that provides support, services, and treatments necessary to provide integrated care to individuals with behavioral health diagnosis or substance use disorders. Provides oversight and general nursing care and services to persons with behavioral health challenges in the community by performing the duties listed in this job description. Relies on education, skill, and judgment to provide quality services to the people we serve with limited direction and supervision. Education, Licensure, and Experience required for the position include: Requires a unencumbered Registered Nursing License. For certain behavioral health services additional requirements may apply. **Pay:** **Schedule:** **Job Responsibilities** * As a Registered Nurse you will be responsible for utilizing your skills and expertise, current nursing assessment skills and knowledge of nursing principles to assess and monitor clients, participating in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment and responding to crises on a timely basis. * Following the supports and services as indicated in the recipients Crisis Plan, which is a component of all person centered plans * Participating as member of interdisciplinary team, attending Person Centered Plan (PCP) meetings, developing plans as requested * Complying with Controlled Substances policy and procedures in maintaining accurate inventories and controlled logs, following appropriate guidelines for investigation of discrepancies * Monitoring consumers and taking appropriate action for side effects and adverse reactions to medications * Assist
