You will partner closely with hiring managers, HRBPs, and business leaders to deliver talent strategies that support growth, innovation, and business performance. Key Responsibilities: * End-to-End Recruitment Ownership – Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process across one of the following talent segments: News/Media * Journalists, Reporters, Editors, Analysts, and Editorial Leadership * Producers, Coordinating Producers, Field Producers, Booking Producers, and Production Operations teams * Digital Media, Audience Growth, Social Media, Community Engagement, and Content Strategy professionals * Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Subscriber Growth, Partnerships, and Media Operations talent Digital Platforms and Ventures (DPV) * Software Engineering, Product Ma
