ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Contract Recruiter to help scale hiring across technical and go-to-market teams. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify, engage, and close exceptional talent while helping us maintain a high hiring bar during a period of rapid growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, can independently drive searches from kickoff through offer stage, and enjoys working on difficult-to-fill roles. You'll play a critical role in helping Retell attract world-class talent across engineering, product, AI/ML, sales, customer success, and operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build sourcing strategies - Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound recruiting efforts - Manage candidates throughout the interview process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience - Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate fit - Coordinate closely with interviewe
