What You'll Do.
Assist with copyright clearance and other related intellectual property matters such as tackling online infringement.
Liaise with artist representative associations and other departmental staffs as necessary.
Assist with translations into English and Chinese.
Conduct legal researches into various topics concerning art law
general commercial issues and compliance topics such as data privacy
sanctions and labour law.
Draft non-disclosure agreements
demand letters to debtors and other commercial contracts based on global templates.

Excellent command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
