What They're Looking For.

Must Have

6+ years of marketing at a B2B SaaS company, Arabic speaker

What You'll Do.

Define and execute marketing programs to create demand for Nintex across EMEA

specifically UAE and Saudi Arabia

Develop and execute marketing activities that drive awareness

create and optimise Pipeline Programs

Manage campaigns including KPI's

Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns

Setup and execution of campaigns in teams outside of Marketing

Strategy and selection of in region sponsored events

Event execution including lead up

at event and post event activities

Develop marketing materials required based on campaign needs

Build and cultivate cross functional relationships with key stakeholders

Ensure buy-in and support from GTM teams

Ensure optimal setting

and measurement of Campaign KPI’s

Highlight what is working and what isn’t based on data

Judge campaigns based on pipeline and revenue created

Ensure timely and appropriate follow up for campaigns

Ensure appropriate follow up across the sales funnel occurs for all programs

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Working closely with the Pipeline, Sales & Channel teams; Working closely with the regional Go To Market (GTM) teams; Works closely with the regional sales teams and the wider marketing team; Works hand in hand with the partner, sales and marketing teams; In conjunction with the wider Marketing Team and Regional Sales Leadership; Campaigns to be reviewed across the wider marketing team; Definition and execution campaigns with our GTM teams and Partners; Responsible for the setup and execution of the campaign in teams outside of Marketing; Event execution across the broader team; Work with product marketing, corp marketing, content and creative; Build and cultivate cross functional relationships with key stakeholders within the GTM organisations; Ensure buy-in and support from the GTM teams; Work with the Reporting/Performance teams; Work with the Business Development organisation; Ensure appropriate follow up across the sales funnel occurs for all programs, by the GTM teams including our Channel Partners

Location: London The Marketing Manager – Demand Programs will have a solid background in Digital, Direct & Channel Marketing whose primary responsibility is to define and execute marketing programs to create demand for Nintex across EMEA, specifically UAE and Saudi Arabia Driven by data, this role will be critical to understanding what activities are driving pipeline and bookings, and which are not. Working closely with the Pipeline, Sales & Channel teams it’s essential this role is focused on driving campaigns that align with business goals. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing activities that drive awareness, pipeline and revenue.
