Must Have
Degree in Law, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, 10–15 years of experience in contract management within construction or infrastructure projects, experience administering contracts for large, complex developments, ideally including data centres or mission-critical facilities, Solid understanding of Contract law and administration, Solid understanding of Claims and dispute resolution, Solid understanding of Commercial risk management, Experience working with FIDIC, NEC, or similar contract forms, negotiation skills, analytical skills, communication skills

Oversee contract documentation
Ensure adherence to contract frameworks
Provide guidance on contractual obligations
Lead assessment and management of variations
Review contractor submissions
Support negotiation and resolution of commercial issues
Maintain detailed records
Support procurement activities
Provide input on contract strategy
Ensure contracts align with project delivery
Identify and manage contractual risks
Ensure contractual processes meet governance
Support risk mitigation strategies
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with project managers; Work closely with cost managers; Work closely with engineering teams; Facilitate communication and escalation
