The role will work closely with **Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Legal teams** and act as the key commercial interface with clients, consultants, and contractors. ## Key Responsibilities ### 1\. Contract Administration & Compliance * Manage and administer **EPC, EPCM, PMC, Design & Build, and item‑rate contracts** from award to final close‑out. * Ensure compliance with **contractual terms, scope, schedules, payment milestones, and statutory obligations**. * Maintain contract registers, correspondence logs, variation trackers, and claims records. * Interpret contract clauses and provide timely commercial guidance to project teams
