Relevant work experience with Consumer Products, Games, Publishing businesses strongly desired, Experience with a royalty-based business preferred, organizational skills and attention to detail, Solid background with systems, policy setting, and processes, Ability to produce accurate, fit-for-purpose reports from system data, Advanced MS office skills, Excellent data analytical skills

Previous experience with contract management systems preferred, communication & presentation skills
What You'll Do.
Manage the full contract lifecycle—from deal memo through asset release and execution
Lead contract management for assigned territories/categories
Ensure accurate deal entry in CRM
compliance with guidelines
and proper documentation
Oversee customer creation and deal reconciliation in RSG
Monitor and track contract renewals
Serve as a super-user for RightsLogic/RSG
Resolve accounting-related deal entry issues
Develop and enhance reporting tools
Issue customs letters and other required documentation
Contribute to ad hoc projects and operational initiatives
Collaborate with Coordinators to ensure timely completion of daily revenue-related tasks and projects
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
works across functions and shepherds deals from the pitch phase all the way through final execution and payment; works closely with Category, Finance, Legal, Controllership and IT to streamline the deal process; in coordination with Finance; Collaborate with Coordinators
