What They're Looking For.
Must Have
6–8 years of progressive finance experience with a focus on reporting, performance management, and process automation, financial analysis and modeling skills, with experience working across complex datasets and forecasting environments, Deep understanding of P&L structures, forecasting cycles, accruals, and commercial performance metrics, Experience integrating data from multiple systems and working with financial/operational data structures, Ability to understand data from the ground up — chart of accounts, brand/agency hierarchies, mapping logic, and source‑to‑report flows, Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional discussions and influence stakeholders, interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively with Commercial teams and IT, Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high‑quality outputs with minimal oversight, Positive, growth‑oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement
Nice to Have
CPA or MBA preferred, Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL skills preferred
What You'll Do.
Manage the monthly results and forecast processes
assessing business impacts
delivering insights and analysis that drive brand growth
and strategic decision-making
Identifying and implement solutions to reduce manual effort by designing required logic to create supplier view P&L in Hyperion
Develop and maintain a standardized reporting framework to track Agency Supplier business performance from both Arterra and Supplier perspectives leveraging Hyperion data and Power BI
Build automated dashboards and reports that integrate data from ERP
and the enterprise data lake
Monitor brand P&L performance vs. Plan
and Prior Year through both summarized and detailed reporting views
and governance across all financial reporting outputs
and automation of existing financial reporting processes
Partner with Finance and Commercial stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions
Troubleshoot data issues
and implement sustainable fixes
and system interactions to ensure transparency and repeatability
Act as a key liaison between Finance
and IT to ensure data integrity and timely rollout of reporting and KPI frameworks
Engage proactively with business unit leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver insights that reduce manual work and elevate decision‑making quality
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the evolving needs of the Marketing Finance organization
