What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 3+ years of experience in facilities operations or workplace management, Hands-on experience managing vendors and on-site services, Familiarity with procurement and finance processes, knowledge of facilities operations procedures and best practices, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal), Highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
What You'll Do.
Oversee day-to-day office operations
high-quality delivery of reception
and janitorial services
Coordinate closely with reception and mailing teams
Serve as the primary point of contact for all landlord-related matters
Manage cleaning and other facility vendors
Handle daily requests from employees
Communicate building updates effectively
and customer-focused responses
Obtain vendor quotations
Raise purchase orders
Support invoice processing
Identify cost-saving opportunities
Support vendor bidding or service optimization initiatives
Support office renovations and relocation initiatives
Drive operational excellence
Liaise with landlords to ensure preventive maintenance programs are executed
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering closely with the Facilities Manager and Cluster Manager; Coordinate closely with reception and mailing teams; Collaborate closely with Facilities Management team members; Work with Project Managers to support office renovations and relocation initiatives

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (written and verbal)
