Must Have
building services industry experience, ideally with field service delivery, experience of workload planning/scheduling in an engineering environment, experience of Microsoft office programs including Excel, Word and powerpoint, experience of service contract delivery for large customers
What You'll Do.
support the daily management of a large
high profile contract within South Wales
organizing on-time delivery of maintenance and repair works
supporting all operational and sales activity relating to the contract
Deliver customer satisfaction and quality in order to ensure retention and sustainable long term growth of the contract
Maintain regular customer communication
preparation and delivery of reports for all equipment out of action and requiring repairs or upgrades.
Be the Point of contact for customers for day to day enquiries. Focused on resolution to minimize escalations
Support preparation of quotations for repair/upgrade works from multiple sources
Extract details from CRM system to support customers with regulatory / statutory compliance issues.
Support the operational team with any complaints investigation and resolution
