Must Have
Current residents of Qatar, Hold a valid Qatar ID, Bachelor’s degree in law, business law, commercial law, or a related field, 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial contract support, Demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing, and coordinating commercial contracts, Solid understanding of contract lifecycle management, procurement processes, and risk/compliance principles
Nice to Have
Master’s degree, Experience in the GCC
What You'll Do.
Support the organization in the management of commercial contracts across their full lifecycle
Ensure contracts are effectively drafted
and monitored in line with institutional policies and governance standards
Contribute to operational efficiency and risk mitigation by ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal requirements
and coordinate a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents
Ensure contracts and practices comply with applicable local regulations and internal policies
Identify and flag contractual and commercial risks
Support the implementation of risk mitigation measures
Assist in resolving contractual issues
or performance concerns
Ensure all contracts are complete
and approved prior to signature
Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle by preparing
and maintaining contracts
Monitor key contractual milestones — including renewal and expiry dates — and proactively initiate the necessary follow-up actions
Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution and compliance with contractual commitments
Support the development and continuous improvement of contract templates
Contribute to the optimization of contract workflows
How You'll Work.

Act as a key point of contact for contractual matters; Coordinating effectively across internal teams and with external stakeholders; Provide support to internal stakeholders in contract negotiations; Collaborate across functions and levels
Communication Scope
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic and/or French are an advantage
