Experience in communications, PR, or a related field, ideally within crypto, web3, or fintech, understanding of crypto markets, narratives, and media landscape, Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and concisely, Experience supporting press relations and external communications, organizational skills and attention to detail, Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment, Demonstrates sound judgment, particularly in market-sensitive situations

Executing external communications

Managing media engagement
including proactive outreach and handling inbound requests from crypto
Drafting and refining written content across external communications and internal messaging
Supporting communications for product launches
and strategic initiatives
monitor coverage and narratives
identify opportunities
escalate potential reputational or market-sensitive issues

Team & Collaboration
partnering closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate, consistent, and timely messaging; work closely with Product, Legal, and Marketing to ensure messaging is aligned and accurate
