Employee focused. ** **JOB SUMMARY** **Job Profile Summary** Prepares, analyzes, negotiates, interprets and communicates information from complex legal documents as applicable to the position and/or business segment(s). Maintains contracts and relevant information in applicable data management systems. Assists in other contract administration functions with a strong awareness of related policies and procedures. **Essential Functions and Responsibilities** * Analyze, prepare, review, maintain, and/or process complex legal documents as applicable to the position. * Review legal documents to ensure adherence to contract terms, company standards, policies, and procedures, as well as * government regulations. * Review and process obligations as applicable to the position. * Negotiate contract terms and provisions as required with external stakeholders. * Update, maintain, and leverage applicable data management systems. * Compile and prepare ad hoc reports to management, attorneys, and other company personnel as requested. * Provide information and assistance to both internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a working knowledge of assigned * business segments. Act as a liaison by maintaining communication with various internal departments and internal clients, * concerning contract information, bids, and/or other legal issues. * Assist in executing opportunities to achieve efficiencies in the contracting process as directed by senior-level analysts or * leadership.
