Employee focused. ** **JOB SUMMARY** **Job Profile Summary** Assists with processing and maintaining complex legal documents as applicable to the position and/or business segment(s). Maintains contracts and relevant information in applicable data management systems. Assists in other contract administration functions with a strong awareness of related policies and procedures. **Essential Functions and Responsibilities** * Prepare, review, maintain, and/or process complex legal documents as applicable to the position. * Review legal documents to ensure adherence to contract terms, company standards, policies, and procedures, as well as government regulations. * Review and process obligations as applicable to the position. * Update, maintain, and leverage applicable data management systems. * Provide information and assistance to both internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a working knowledge of assigned government regulations. * Act as a liaison by maintaining communication with various internal departments and internal clients, concerning contract information, bids, and/or other legal issues. * Participate in and support internal audits as they relate to contractual compliance. * Assist in implementing and complete training in matters of contract standards, policies, procedures, and data management systems. **Education** * Bachelor's Degree in related field is highly preferred.
