Must Have
At least 3 years of working experience, Good verbal and written communication skills, Good stakeholder management and ability to work well with others, Able to connect the dots and analyse data sets and function independently, Showing good business acumen, analytical thinking and judgement, Working effectively within STB to achieve results, Working effectively with stakeholders outside STB, Serving with heart, commitment and purpose, Being innovative and learning continuously
Nice to Have
Proficiency in Excel is preferred, experience in data analysis or reporting tools would be an added advantage, Past experience in government or in a planning portfolio will be an advantage
What You'll Do.
Lead reporting of organisation performance
Support regular reporting / updates to MTI
Coordinate input from STB line units
Review plans and work on implementation details
Support workstreams with sourcing and extraction of data
Perform simple analyses
Organise corporate platforms and engagement sessions
Prepare content and manage event logistics
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Engage across all business teams within STB; Work closely with MTI and other government agencies; Work with MTI and other agencies to review plans; Coordinate input from STB line units; Work with senior management to define aspirations and goals
