HanmiGlobal Saudi is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contract Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and fostering successful relationships with contractors and suppliers. **Key Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and negotiate contract terms and conditions in alignment with company standards. * Maintain accurate records of contracts and related correspondence. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance. * Monitor contract deadlines, deliverables, and financial milestones. * Analyze contract risks and propose mitigation strategies. * Resolve any contract-related disputes or issues promptly. * Ensure all contracts adhere to legal and regulatory requirements. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** * Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or in a similar role. * Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Proficiency in MS Office suite and contract management software. * Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. * Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum of 12 years of experience in contract administration within the construction or engineering industry is preferred. * Familiarity with Saudi Arabian contract regulations and standards is advantageous. * Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus. * Saudi National preferred.
