The Role The Seasonal CI Technician supports the Continuous Improvement (CI) team in driving and sustaining operational excellence initiatives throughout the plant. This role assists with execution, tracking, organization, and sustainment of CI projects focused on 5S, standardization, process improvements, visual management, and workplace organization. The position is intended to provide flexible plant support during periods of increased operational demand, project activity, or improvement initiatives.
