Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Earplug, Hairnet, Beard-net, Protective eyewear, Slip resistant footwear, stand for extended periods of time, use hands/arms to push, pull, reach and occasionally lift above head, occasionally lift, push, pull up to 25 pounds and 50 pounds infrequently, visually inspect equipment and/or product, plant setting with wet/slippery floors, varying degrees of temperatures with an average temperature of 40 degrees in the production area, exposed to raw and/or cooked meat products and moving equipment, follow all Food Safety Quality requirements
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 + years of continuous improvement experience in food manufacturing industry, Computer knowledge- SAP (or equivalent), Scale, Outlook, Excel, and MES, Excellent attendance and dependability, Professional communication verbal and written, Detail orientated, excellent problem-solving skills, Ability to comprehend inventory counting, good math and accounting skills, Excellent leadership skills

What You'll Do.
analyzes existing business processes
identifies areas for improvement
develops and implements sustainable strategies to enhance efficiency
acts as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement
training employees on new processes
reporting on improvement results
developing and facilitating the creation of the Perry Facility’s Lean Manufacturing Program
development of visual aids and Huddle Meeting structure
assist in the development of SOPs and SSOPs
leads and facilitates Root Cause Analysis
maintain and communicate all quality data to department managers
lead and facilitate continuous improvement with Kaizen methods
report metrics and trends routinely to the company
regularly perform pricing and competitive analysis and recommend strategies to improve or reduce costs
follow Lean Manufacturing Processes
consistency in high quality
preventative maintenance
good workplace conditions
identifies potential cost-saving
and efficiency gain opportunities
maintains a safe and healthy working environment
maintains or exceeds quality standards
and attendance metrics
assist with development and adherence to Team Member training plans
continued training of current Team Members
ensures compliance with established processes and procedures
