Must Have
5+ years work experience in continuous improvement, process engineering, manufacturing / production operations, manufacturing management consulting, customer success operations or equivalent, Experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across multiple functions, Experience working with manufacturing operations, Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines, for teams that include customers, partners, and internal resources, Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including running meetings and delivering executive-level presentations
Nice to Have
Lean/ Six Sigma, Agile and/ or scrum methodologies, PMP, Life sciences manufacturing experience

This role is located in Somerville, MA- We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week.
