What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Four-year degree or equivalent experience, 3 to 6 years of experience in structured problem-solving, Working knowledge of structured problem solving tools (DMAIC, Statistical Process Control, Kaizen, Process Mapping, 5S, Fishbone, etc.), Proven strength in problem solving and advanced data/ statistical analysis, Project management skills including scoping, problem statements, goal definition, and timeline management, training and mentoring skills with emphasis on team member development and engagement, Excellent interpersonal, communication, time management, organizational, presentation skills, Able to access all areas of the Distribution Center, including the mezzanine platforms
Nice to Have
Green Belt preferred or equivalent experience

The pay range is $73,000.00 - $132,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications.
