What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Management, Industrial Engineering or 8 years equivalent experience, 5 years or more in Demonstrated experience in one of the RIL Engineering competencies or Masters Degree with 4 years relevant logistics experience, 5 years or more in Experience in one of the target market industry segments or Masters Degree with 4 years relevant logistics experience, 5 years or more in Operations, Consulting, or third party Logistics or Masters Degree with 4 years relevant logistics experience, Advanced knowledge of Integrated Logistics, transportation, distribution, customer service, information technology, Knowledge of computer tools: spreadsheets, databases, graphics, word processing, mapping, routing and scheduling, facility layouts, Practicing knowledge of sales process, Knowledge of RIL operations and related systems, Ability to effectively solve problems and challenges that satisfy customers, Ability to define and be responsive to customer requirements, Develops and delivers effective presentations, verbal and written communication skills, Demonstrates problem solving skills, Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors), Ability to work independently and as a member of a team, Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment, Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills, Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices
