Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), 7 + years of professional experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process improvement roles, Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business impact, expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process re-engineering methodologies, stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills, Ability to influence without authority in a matrixed organization
Nice to Have
Experience in healthcare, pharma, or specialty health environments, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Project or program management certifications (PMP, Agile, or equivalent), Hands‑on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate, and familiarity with Dataverse, SharePoint, Forms, and Power BI, Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e. g. , Power BI, Excel, SQL), Experience scaling continuous improvement programs enterprise-wide
