What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, 7+ years of progressive experience in continuous improvement, Proven experience driving measurable, sustained performance improvement at the plant or multi-line level, working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies

Build CI capability at all levels
Drive performance improvement aligned with plant and enterprise
Partner with Plant Leadership
Deliver measurable improvements in Safety

Coach leaders and the CI team
Ensure improvement efforts are embedded into daily management
Lead the CI team and/or project resources
Ensure overall effectiveness and sustainability of continuous improvement
and sponsor CI initiatives
Lead site-level productivity
Ensure replication of best practices and standard work
Integrate CI into daily management
Oversee data integrity
performance measurement
and financial benefit
and develop CI team members
Set clear expectations and performance goals
Build CI capability across the organization
and team members in problem
Champion a culture that challenges the status quo
Reinforce employee engagement in improvement activities
Facilitate and sponsor Kaizen events
Serve as a role model for structured problem
Lead change management efforts to ensure adoption
Communicate CI priorities
Ensure consistent communication of performance metrics
Influence without authority across functions to remove barriers
Establish standard CI processes
