Lean six sigma certification or two plus years’ experience in using lean methodologies, 2+ years of experience in process analysis, business analysis, or operations, analytical skills with ability to gather, interpret, and present data, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Proficiency in process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart, etc. ) and Microsoft Office Suite
