Must Have
expertise in continuous improvement approaches and methodologies, Proven experience leading complex change initiatives in a large, matrixed organisation, Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior level, commercial, financial and risk management capability
Nice to Have
Lean Six Sigma qualification (or equivalent)
