Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Proven program or project management experience, Experience working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams, Track record of implementing large-scale, complex projects across multiple locations, Analytical and quantitative skills, Experience diving deep and resolving problems, Written and verbal communication skills, Attention to detail, Experience translating complex business problems into clear and accurate results
Nice to Have
Experience in stakeholder management at various organizational levels, Experience communicating with senior management, Analytical and problem-solving capabilities in ambiguous environments

Lead end-to-end non-RME stakeholder project deployment
Secure site RME resources for successful project implementation
Monitor progress against goals
Initiate corrective actions
Track delivery against project objectives
Implement proposals to improve project services and efficiency
Establish and refine mechanisms for cross-functional alignment
Establish clear escalation processes
Identify and manage stakeholder groups
Provide regular project status reports
Share best practices in project management
Seek guidance as needed
Own all program communication
Drive the right outcomes through process improvement
Focus on the larger business picture
Be the voice of site RME
Guide project development
Communicate effectively with all types of audiences
