What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (essential), Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field), Business Administration, or other relevant discipline, analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication in English and Spanish (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (e. g. , Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus, A genuine enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications in operations, quality control, or client experience leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making is a plus, Basic understanding of statistical analysis is a plus
